Running and Operational Costs

These costs are going to include Facilities Management, utility charges and other insurances. Whilst they will differ on a building by building basis, they should be more comparable between properties (for example your telephone costs should not alter between one property and another).

Facility Costs (FM) including

Cleaning

Maintenance of M and E plant

Repair / periodic decoration

Waste collection

Staff costs (for running the building in larger facilities)

Security

Utility costs including electric, gas, water, etc

Telephone and postage costs
